Celebrity Group LLC is seeking an outside sales/marketing representative for its operating territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and proven success, but we will consider an entry-level person with the right attitude. Primary Responsibilities: Promote/sell franchise services in assigned territory via direct customer facing sales. Identify leads, manage prospects, and secure new business. Conduct cold calling and in-person sales activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customers / decision makers. Prepare and deliver sales pitches to engage potential customers with a focus on winning new and growing existing business. Schedule and document activities, including creating customer profiles to follow up and acquire customers. Meet with Director on a regular basis to review opportunities to improve sales. Develop and maintain knowledge of company services. Grow and develop customer base using systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls and build relationships. Attend client trade shows and industry events. Key Qualities: Candidate should be self-starter, have strong organizational skills, solid work ethic, great communication skills. Candidate must be able to handle direct sales. Candidate must drive, have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
